Brian Scott Howell, 36, of Oakland, MD, found his wings on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at his home. Born on May 28, 1986, in Oakland, he was the son of John C. Howell and Teresa "Teri" (Paugh) Howell of Oakland.
Brian went to Southern Garrett High School. He enjoyed cars and playing soccer.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother Jon "Matthew" Howell and significant other Kate Lucas; and nephew, Gunner Scott Howell.
The C&S Fredlock Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Howell family.
