Colin H. Martin, 66, of Oakland, died on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. Born on January 9, 1953, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late William H. and Anna J. Martin. Following his college graduation, Colin was an engineer for ABS Pumps. In keeping with his wishes, the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland has been entrusted with providing cremation arrangements and no services are being planned.
