Daphne Rae Rinard, 64, of Cumberland, passed away on August 5, 2023, at the Allegany Health Nursing and Rehab. Born on June 27, 1959, in Richmond, VA, she was the daughter of the late Glenwood and Shirley Rinard.
A private service was held and interment followed in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., is honored to serve Ms. Rinard's family.
