David Harold Pase, Sr., 67, of Thomas, WV passed away at his home on July 12, 2014. He was born January 30, 1947 in Thomas, WV a son of the late Lee Otto and Florence Sturm Pase.
He was also preceded in death by 1 son, David Harold Pase, Jr., 1 brother, Russell Hamner, and 1 sister, Carole Zorb. He is survived by 1 daughter, Jennifer (Matthew) Helmick, Canaan Valley, WV, 2 brothers, Duane Pase, MD, and James Pase, Oakland, MD, 2 sisters, Eloise Udovich, Oakland, MD, and Joanne Harper, and 2 grandchildren, Titus and Lily Helmick, Canaan Valley, WV.
Mr. Pase was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was employed as a coal miner for Laurel Run followed by Robinson Run. He was a member of Mountain Top Hunting Club. He enjoyed reading about history and working on cars.
Friends will be received at Hinkle Funeral Home Monday, July 14 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM, Tuesday, July 15 at Hinkle Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Spencer officiating.
