David "Eddie" White, 78, of Hendricks, WV, passed away April 23, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
He was born September 15, 1934 in Parsons, WV a son of the late David White and Haley Carr White. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol "Jean" White. He is survived by 2 sons, Mark (Roxanna) White, Hendricks, WV, and Robert "Bob" (Nancy) White of Hendricks, 2 daughters, Anita Cooper, Hendricks, WV, and Annette (Larry) Mallow, Dryfork, WV, 6 grandchildren, Joni (John) Felton, Davis, WV, Wyatt White, Hendricks, WV, Brooke (Derek) Dumire, Hendricks, WV, and Sandra (Kevin) McPhearson, Belington, WV, and 6 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Rachel, and Emmet Felton, Jimmy and Angela Smith, Chris Hardy, Larry Mallow, and Summer Dumire.
Mr. White worked as a coal miner for the majority of his life. He enjoyed farming along with hunting deer and turkey.
Friends will be received Friday, April 26, 2013 from 4-8 PM at Hinkle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Hinkle Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ric Lewellen officiating. Interment will follow in White Family Cemetery.
