Dorothy Hull

Dorothy Lillian Hull, 81, of Davis, WV died January 14, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born October 20, 1933 in Douglas, WV a daughter of the late Robert Cecil and Mary Leanna Roby Paugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Hull in 1997, 2 brothers, Robert and Lowell Todd Paugh and 1 grandchild, Austin W. Carr. Survivors include 4 sons, James (Terry) Hull, Davis, WV, Richard Hull, Parsons, WV, Steve (Julia) Hull, St. George, WV, and Robert (Tina) Hull, Davis, WV, 1 daughter, Donna (Mike) Mason, Parsons, WV, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hull was a graduate of Thomas High School. She was a lifelong member of Davis United Methodist Church and a member of the church choir. She was active in Community Circle. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, and gardening. She was employed several years at Blackwater Lodge. She was a devoted mother and grandmother for her family. Friends will be received Friday, January 16, from 2-8 PM at Hinkle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM, January 17, at Davis United Methodist Church with Rev. Neil Parsons officiating.
