Helen Mary Harvey, 85, of Keyser, WV died on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Piney Valley Nursing Home in Keyser. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Thursday, February 4th from 2 to 4 PM. According to her wishes, there will be no service. Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery, Elk Garden, WV.
