Helen D. Nolan, 80, of Oakland, died on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Garrett Regional Medical Center. In accordance with Helen's wishes, she will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland.
