Isabella Elliott

Isabella V. Elliott, 98, of Kitzmiller died on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at her home. Born on April 5, 1923, in Deer Park, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Hinebaugh) Paugh.
She had worked for Sterling Processing and was a member of the Kitzmiller Assembly of God.
She is survived by four daughters, Barbara Whitacre of Tallmadge, OH, Carol Ann Matthews of Kitzmiller, Glenda Jean Baker and husband Richard of North Port, FL, and Lori Paugh and husband Michael of Oakland; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; seven great great granchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Boots" Elliott; a daughter, Kathryn "Kay" Huwig; a son, Terry Elliott; sons in law, John Matthews and Robert Whitacre; four sisters; one brother; and one great grandson. Isabella was the last surviving member of the Charles Paugh family.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St., Kitzmiller on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and Friday 10 to 11 AM at which time a funeral service will be held in the funeral home with Pastor Lee Robertson, Pastor Tim Miller and Pastor Barbara Fike officiating. Interment will follow in the Kalbaugh Cemetery, Elk Garden, WV.
