Margaret Woods

Margaret Kay Woods, 61, of Wiley Ford, WV, passed away July 15, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. Born on February 23, 1961, in Whitmer, WV, the daughter to the late June Vance and Martha Warner.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald W. Woods, Jr., whom she married on July 15, 1978. Also surviving are two daughters, Christina L. Ferguson and partner Troy K. Minty, Rebecca K. Simmons and partner Michael S. Bauer; three grandchildren, Katlin Christine Ferguson, Cassie Lynne Ferguson and Adam Franklin Simmons; a great-grandchild, Emma Elizabeth June Ferguson; four sisters, Julie Cooper and husband Joe, Donita Hoover, Karen McKinney, and Amanda Conley and husband Troy along with a host of nieces, nephews and many others whom was loved dearly by Margaret.

Margaret's request for cremation will be honored. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, July 30, 2022, at the Rose Hill Cemetery. The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Woods family at this time.
