Randolph Kitzmiller

Randolph S. Kitzmiller, 72, of Oakland died on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at his home. Born on November 5, 1946, in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Gabriel Eugene and Nina L. (Findley) Kitzmiller. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Randy loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and yardwork. He is survived by four children, Jennifer Moon and husband Clifford of Oakland, Randy Kitzmiller and wife Danielle of Stafford, VA, Heather Savage of Frederick and Bradley Savage and wife Loretta of Oakland; six grandchildren; a brother, Craig Kitzmiller; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth “Libby” (Dean) Kitzmiller and a sister, Bonita Rodeheaver.
