Robert Junior Judy, 87, of Eglon, WV died April 21, 2014 at Hospice Care Regional Inpatient Center in Elkins, WV.
He was born August 18, 1926 in Eglon, WV a son of the late Samuel Nathan and Eurith Annabelle Harsh Judy. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth Louise Jordan Judy, 1 daughter, Nancy (Glen) Brown, Horse Shoe Run, WV, 1 son, Gary Judy and companion JoAnn Secrist, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Betty Shaffer and Katherine Corbin. Mr. Judy was employed by Sterling Processing Plant in Oakland, MD for 23 years and later by Coastal Lumber Co. as a log grader. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and gardening. He hosted many cookouts for his friends and neighbors. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
