Theresa Ann White

Theresa Ann White, 62, of Oakland, passed away at her home on July 4, 2026. Born on February 21, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Yvonne and Robert Gray.

Theresa attended and graduated from school in Pocahontas Co. She was a CNA and employed by the Good Shepard for many years. She also worked in the service industry waiting tables and in housekeeping. In her earlier years, she worked on Burkes Horse Farm where she tended to and cared for the horses. She was a jack of all trades, and loved to do small jobs for others restoring furniture, hanging wallpaper or any house hold refurbishing project. One of her most rewarding jobs, was being the care giver to both of her parents. In her spare time, she liked gambling, traveling, hiking and fishing, and she loved her cats Princess Mia and Buddy.

She is survived by her longtime partner, James Mullenax; her children, Thomas Gray and wife Fallon of Durbin, Jessica VanDevander husband Eric of Seneca Rocks, and Megan DeWitt husband Seth of Daily; and grandchildren, Trenton, Nicholas, Bryar, Faith, McKenzie, Randy, Carolyn, and Sierra.

Friends will be received on Friday July 10, 2026 from 3 PM - 5 PM at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes, P.A. - Oakland Chapel, 21 N. 2ndSt., Oakland. The Fredlock & Fenner Funerals Homes -Oakland Chapel, is honored to be serving her family at this time
