Wayne Bell

Wayne Franklin Bell, 88, of Baltimore died on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at Esther's Place of Montebello in Baltimore. Born on August 25, 1929, in Kitzmiller, he was the son of the late William H. and Thelma (Pugh) Bell. He was a veteran of the United States Army and been a crane operator having retired from the state of Maryland in 1992. He is survived by a nephew, David Strawser of Laurel and a great nephew, Craig Wimer of Beltsville. A funeral service will be held at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Tuesday, August 28th at 11 AM. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
