William Thomas Cabbell, 82, of Oakland, Maryland died on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Dennett Road Manor Nursing Home. Born on February 24, 1933 in Columbia, KY, he was the son of the late Thomas and Emma (Bryant) Cabbell. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean War. He is survived by two children, Tamarah Lottman of Oakland, Maryland and David Cabbell of LaPlata, Maryland; seven grandchildren; two sisters; and a half-brother. A private family service will be held at a later date. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland, MD is assisting the family with arrangements.
